The revisions let you track differences between multiple versions of a post.
Ideas for this page:
- Current IA Glossary
- List of New Terms to add to the glossary.
- List of Terms that Should be Revised.
- Examples of Misused Terms (see Don Norman's discussion of the missue of the word "affordance"
- Examples of conventional, "plain language" usage and alternate phrases for educating non-practioners.
- Suggestions for related terms, synonyms, antonyms, etc.
Keep in mind that the definitions of terms are deliberately specific to the practice of Information Architecture. Only include other usages if such usage clarifies understanding with non-practitioners of IA.
